FunMoney is a free budgeting app. It started as a personal project for one household and is open for anyone who finds it useful.

It is free

There is no charge, no paid tier and no ads. If that ever changes, you will hear about it first and nothing you already have will be locked away.

No guarantees

FunMoney is run by one person in their spare time. It is provided as is, without any warranty. It may have bugs, go down, or change. Keep your own records for anything important, and use Export to download a copy whenever you like.

Not financial advice

The calculators (FIRE, simulator, land fund, 529 and the rest) are rough estimates for planning and fun. They are not financial, tax or legal advice.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Anyone you share your invite code with can see and edit your household budget. Please do not use FunMoney for anything illegal or to store other people’s data without their permission.

Ending things

You can stop using FunMoney at any time. Ask and your account and data will be deleted. Accounts that are abused may be removed.
